We are a parent–teacher association supporting our school community. We are not a commercial data broker and we do not sell personal information.

• The school’s Sheriff’s Office / School Resource Officer (SRO), when relevant for event safety or school-related volunteer and event operations

We use contact details for legitimate PTA purposes, including:

• Membership, donation, and order management
• Payment confirmation and account setup
• Communications you opt into (email, phone, text, or newsletter preferences)
• Volunteer and event coordination at the school

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to third parties
• We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing

Service providers we use to operate the site (for example, email delivery, payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal, and hosting) may process data only as needed to provide those services.

Your choices

You control optional marketing/volunteer contact preferences on forms. Required fields (such as name, email, or phone on membership or payment) are used only for legitimate membership, donation, order, or safety-related PTA operations.

Data retention & security

Our site is intended for parents/guardians and adults supporting the school. Children’s information is collected only as you provide it for school-related membership or event logistics.
